At Gord's Smoke Shop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy on most unused and unopened merchandise. Please note that for hygiene and safety reasons, certain items such as consumables and used accessories are final sale.

Return Process

  Ensure your item is in its original, unopened packaging and was purchased within the last 30 days.

  Email our customer service team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Package Your Item

  Securely pack the product in its original box and include a copy of your receipt or the RMA form provided by our team.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Send the package back to our warehouse using a trackable shipping service; once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
